Day 1

We set off from Wales and journey across the Irish Sea to Rosslare. From here, we travel onward to our comfortable overnight hotel, where a warm welcome awaits.

Day 2

We make our way to Longmeadow Cider for a guided visit and tasting, where you can learn about traditional cider-making and sample a selection of locally produced ciders. Afterward, we continue our journey on to Derry~Londonderry, a vibrant walled city rich in history and culture.

Day 3

This morning after a leisurely breakfast, we enjoy a guided walk around the walled city in Derry is a great way to explore one of Europe’s best-preserved city walls, taking in historic gates, the Guildhall, St. Columb’s Cathedral, and views over the River Foyle and the Bogside while learning about the city’s complex history from plantation times to the present. Later in the afternoon, a visit to the Museum of Free Derry offers a more personal and detailed perspective on the civil rights era and Bloody Sunday through photographs, artefacts, and firsthand accounts.

We bid farewell to Derry~Londonderry and travel through the heart of Ireland to our overnight hotel for our final stay in Ireland.

Day 6

After breakfast, we depart our overnight hotel and make our way back to Rosslare for our short sea crossing back to Wales.
