Cotswolds Steam Break

Day 1

Following local pick up points we make our way to Cheltenham, an elegant spa town known for its regency architecture, beautiful parks, boutique shopping, and vibrant cultural scene. Later this afternoon we head over to our hotel to check in.

Day 2

Today, we journey through three of its most charming towns. In Burford, admire the historic high street lined with stone cottages and traditional shops. Continue on to Chipping Norton, a vibrant market town rich in history and local character. Finally, explore Moreton-in-Marsh, known for its elegant architecture, welcoming cafés, and bustling market atmosphere.

Day 3

Today, we begin in the historic town of Tewkesbury, famed for its medieval streets, timber-framed buildings and impressive abbey. Next, we visit the picture-perfect village of Broadway, often called the “Jewel of the Cotswolds,” with its charming high street and honey-stone cottages. From there, we step back in time with a nostalgic ride on the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway, enjoying a scenic steam train journey through the Cotswold countryside from Broadway to Cheltenham.

Day 4

After a leisurely breakfast we depart our hotel and head to Tetbury, a charming market town renowned for its historic royal connections and picturesque streets lined with antique shops. We enjoy some free time here before heading home.
