Our excursion this morning takes us to the medieval market town of Shrewsbury. Boasting over 600 listed buildings and streets lined with black and white half timbered Tudor buildings, this town really is something special. Here we enjoy a short cruise on the River Severn before exploring this lovely town at leisure.
Ludlow
Today we visit the thriving market town of Ludlow. Offering visitors a number of excellent restaurants and cafes, why not sample some quality food and drink here or explore the town's 11th century castle?
Llangollen
Our final excursion sees us cross the border into Wales to explore the picturesque town of Llangollen. Enjoy peace and tranquillity as we experience a unique horse-drawn canal boat trip along the Llangollen Canal. Later this afternoon we board a steam train on the Llangollen Railway, sit back and relax as we discover the Dee Valley on this nostalgic journey.
