Arran, Islay & Skye

Day 1

Following our early morning pick ups, we head to Ayrshire for our overnight stay.

Day 2

Isle of Arran
This morning we depart our overnight hotel and board the ferry to Arran. We enjoy some free time in the island capital Brodick before enjoying a tour of the island visiting Lamlash, Whiling Bay and Blackwaterfoot. Later this afternoon we board the ferry from Lochranza to the Mull of Kintyre where we continue to our hotel.

Day 3

Isle of Islay
Today we enjoy the 3 hour sailing to the Queen of the Hebrides - Islay. The tour visits Bowmore, the islands capital with its round church. On the island we enjoy a tour and tasting at a local distillery. Afterwards we spend time at the "Big Strand" on Laggan Bay which offers 6 miles of unspoilt sandy beaches. We continue tonto Port Askaig to catch the ferry back to the mainland. * Breakfast or dinner will be held on the ferry dependant on the schedule.

Day 4

Oban
This morning we check out of our hotel, we journey through the lochs and glens and head to Oban, the "Gateway to the Isles" for some free time. We continue up through Fort William making a stop at the Glenfinnian Viaduct before arriving in Mallaig.

Day 5

Isle of Skye
This morning we board the ferry to Skye, with a wealth of history from Jacobite battles to feuding clans. We enjoy a tour around the island visiting the islands capital Portree and Dunvegan Castle, home to the Macleod clan for over 800 years.

Day 6

Glencoe & Loch Lomond
Enjoy a leisurely journey south arriving at the Nevis Gondola. We continue onto Fort William for some free time before travelling onto Loch Lomond for our overnight in this region.

Day 7

After a leisurely breakfast, we continue our journey bay to South Wales
